Custom Designs + Proofs

All orders include custom design or client-provided artwork at no additional cost.

  • To begin design work and receive a digital proof, a $75 non-refundable design deposit is required

  • Unlimited revisions are included prior to production

  • Production begins only after final approval is received

Production Timeline

  • Standard production time is 10-12 business days after final proof approval

  • This does not include shipping time

  • Rush orders may be available for an additional fee and must be approved in advance 

If you have a specific event date, please include it when ordering.

Payment Terms

  • A $75 non-refundable design deposit is required for me to begin design work

  • Full payment is required for the order to enter production

  • Orders will not ship until the separate shipping request is fulfilled

Cancellation + Refunds

Because all items are custom:​

  • Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once approved and sent into production

  • Design fees and time are non-refundable once work has begun

If there is an issue with your order upon arrival, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.

Shipping

  • ​Shipping costs are calculated separately and are not included unless otherwise stated - not all orders are equal so I don't want to charge you a flat fee! 

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on the carrier

  • Emprinted is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped

  • I will refund up to 75% of your shipping cost if I receive photos of the products set-up or in use at your event!

Color Variation Disclaimer

All digital proofs are viewed on backlit screens (RGB), while final products are printed using CMYK ink on physical materials. Because of this difference, slight color variation between digital proofs and printed items is normal and expected.

 

Color appearance may also vary based on material type (fabric vs. plastic vs. paper), ink absorption, lighting conditions, and individual screen settings. Exact color matching across different substrates cannot be guaranteed.

 

By approving your proof, you acknowledge and accept the potential for minor color variation in the final product.

Photos + Portfolio Use

  • By placing an order, you agree that Emprinted may use photos of the finished products for marketing and portfolio purposes

  • Names, dates, or personal details can be omitted upon request

  • I will refund up to 75% of your shipping cost if I receive photos of the products set-up or in use at your event!
