The Process
INQUIRE
Fill out the inquiry form with your finalized event details, quantities, product selections, colors, print styles, and personalization requests. Quotes are typically sent within the same day.
Please note: inquiry forms are intended for finalized order requests only. Submissions with incomplete details or “unsure” responses may not receive a response. Proofs and design work are not provided prior to payment.
DESIGN
After quote approval and payment, design work begins based on the inspiration and details you provide IN YOUR FORM.
You’ll receive digital mock-ups to review, tweak, and approve before production. Every order includes custom design and unlimited revisions. Custom illustration orders include 2 complimentary revisions, with additional revisions available for $5.
PRODUCTION
Once your final proof is approved, your order moves into production.
TURNAROUND TIME varIES by product and quantity, but most orders are completed within approximately 2–3 weeks. Rush production may be available upon request for an additional fee.
OFF TO YOU!
Orders can be picked up locally in Mandeville, locally delivered within the Northshore area FOR $10, or shipped. Shipping costs are calculated separately once production is complete AND ARE NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR INITIAL QUOTE. tracking information will be provided ONCE PACKAGED.

Color Variation Disclaimer
All digital proofs are viewed on backlit screens (RGB), while final products are printed using CMYK ink on physical materials. Because of this difference, slight color variation between digital proofs and printed items is normal and expected.
Color appearance may also vary based on material type (fabric vs. plastic vs. paper), ink absorption, lighting conditions, and individual screen settings. Exact color matching across different substrates cannot be guaranteed.
By approving your proof, you acknowledge and accept the potential for minor color variation in the final product.
