1. How does the ordering and payment process work?

The full ordering process is outlined on the Ordering page of this site, including timelines, approvals, and payment details.

2. What does one-color vs. full-color mean?

One-color designs use a single ink color for the entire imprint.

 

Full-color designs allow for multiple colors, gradient, and more detailed artwork. this option is ideal for logos, patterns, crests with florals, or images. (Full-color designs are digitally printed on koozies, not screenprinted).

3. Can I get a shipping estimate before ordering?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the final package size and weight, which isn't determined until production is complete. Because of this, i'm unable to provide an exact shipping cost in advance. A range may be given for select orders. 

4. Can I see the design before I pay?

Design work begins once an order is placed and payment is fulfilled. This ensures time and resources are dedicated to your project.

 

If needed, a separate design deposit can be discussed in advance.

5. Is double-sided printing included in pricing?

Double-sided printing is not included by default and must be specified at the time of order placement.

 

All pricing is based on a single-sided imprint unless otherwise discussed. If you would like printing on both sides, please indicate this when submitting your inquiry so it can be accurately quoted.

7. What is your turnaround time?

Turnaround times vary depending on the product and quantity, but most orders are completed within 1.5-3 weeks after final design approval.
